gear and what to pack

I'm not saying that this is the perfect packing list but this is what I pack. Since I move from place to place and from season to season, I have to carry my winter stuff in warm weather. This happened to me last year when I was in South America.

This is what I pack in my 50L+10 Salewa backpack now that I'm back on the road:
  • 1 pairs of jeans.
  • 1 pair hiking trousers.
  • Water proof hiking shoes.
  • Chuck Taylors for everyday use.
  • Havaianas.
  • 7 tshirts.
  • 1 buttoned shirt that I used when I'm going through airports.
  • 5 pair of boxers.
  • 7 pair of socks; 5 normal, 1 ankle height and 1 wool pair for winter.
  • 1 pair of swimming shorts that I will also use for when it's warm.
  • 1 travel towel.
  • Sleeping bag.
  • Sleeping mat.
  • 1 long sleeved thermal tshirt that I forgot in Kraków.
  • 1 pair of long thermal underwear.
  • Polar.
  • Hoodie.
  • Windbreaker jacket.
  • Toiletry bag.
I plan to buy or somehow come up with
  • tent
  • travel hammock

Unfortunetaly, I can't travel only with one backpack, so this is what I carry in my small backpack:
  • Passport.
  • Bankcards My accounts had been empty since September 2010. But has helped "proved" that I have money when I traveled Central America.
  • Book I'm currently reading.
  • Latop.
  • Wool hat.
  • A bunch of Buffs.
  • Leatherman.
  • Bunch of pens and markers to make the signs.
  • European road atlas (or a map of the region I'm hitchhiking).
  • Gloves (or inside the other backpack if I'm in a warm place).
  • Notebook.
  • My two books of memories (not even my passport is more valuable than these two books).
  • Headlamp and torch.
  • Mobile phone
  • Point and shoot digital camera.
  • SLR camera.
  • iPod.
  • Telephone and iPod charger and other cables.
Might seem like it's a lot of shit but it's not.
